Grief Camp

The day would consist of 4 individual class sessions.  In addition, there would be an introduction at 9, closing at 4, lunch at noon, and large group class gathering at 1.  Subject matters could include session leaders on child loss, spouse loss, meditation, art, loss from suicide, grief yoga, finding purpose during grief, Faith & Grief, journaling, nutrition, talk and story session, guided walk or self directed activities.  Many of these offerings are self care and meant to bring you back into your physical bodies and provide ways to release the emotions surrounding grief and provide support.  Daycare would be provided by certified babysitter and life guard (potty trained please).  Kids could join parents during opening, lunch, and closing remarks and enjoy time in nature and art while you attend selected class sessions.  Families could stay and enjoy the property after the closing ceremony with the option of a sac…
